Same here. I just got mine and only use it for internet and reading manga. Dont have a clue about "rooting" and "flashing". Did some googling and most I found is "How to root/flash", not "What is".

Just got my tab last week and have been exploring this tablet for quite some times. I love the customization which iPad (friend's ipad) couldn't offer but how come it's so laggy, even when i try to move 1 app from 1 page to another page? Does anyone feel the same?

Obviously samsung tab 10.1 Lagla,Its not Ipad, dun compare it with ipad.just a wannabe.

Well, even if not comparing, is there any way to make our tab more smooth? Sometimes, it's just too lag for performing a simple task.

dun worry.. it takes time for u to understand how yr tab works.. dun listen to wat other ppl say bout the tab.. ipad is sooooo smooth bcz it basically has nth in it, of cz its smooth..

u juz need to do some tweaking and woahlaa.. u got a supertab with minimal lag (wont say no lag at all) which is tolerate-able for the superb productivity and functionality that ipad users can onli dream off..

first of all, i will suggest u not to use any live wallpaper as it will slow down yr tab alot.. then install some utility apps that will optimize yr tab experience.. use it for some time before deciding on flashing..

i have android phones and ipad2.. now i already have tab 10.1, guess what happens to the ipad?

all i can say is, i enjoy this too.
Surfing is so much fun...

Ipad more to gaming, customization is so much freedom.

BTW, SS2 mall BTM electronic store got USB kit sold out...come back empty handed...
they left the HDMI kit, multimedia dock and keyboard dock available only.

I rooted my tab and install clockworldmod recovery thru rom manager alrdy.so now I can straight boot into recovery mode and install from sd(broadcomb)?or still need to follow the 3steps mention in broadcomb?

help.I need to flash it tonite.thx in advance.

can install from zip thru cwm..

use for a few days and see what u need.. then go online search for appropriate apps for it.. flashing will be last..
