there are some apps that does not support tablet, thus it does not appear in the tablet Market, also some apps may be filtered from Msia access. I have 2 questionss

'Rooting' is to gain root access of your Android device, which is basically what jailbreak is, it is similar to having an admin account in Windows 7. However it does not give you free apps, and you do not need root access to install free apps either.
