Dear my friend, thanks for your feedback, and i am appreciate for your concern and support too. It's my bad if my sentences misleading you, i actually does't mean that : )

For the quote above, i did state (A-) conditions is up-to 95%, because some of the model did really approx. there, just because some serious scratch (1 line), or dent (1 or 2, at not visible place), it can rate (A-). Even the body conditions is still 99%.

Just because too many kind of scratch or dent, i can't simply rate them how many %. That's why i try to figure in between class by using approx. % to judge it, and also, put-ing a clear picture to shown the buyer. Also, the price it self. Like this iPhone, i sell for RM570 instead of RM610 (normal value)

For example, this iPhone 3Gs 8Gb, it has multiple scratch in back cover (the picture), but in front LCD, it has totally no scratch at all, so in term of (%) conditions, it was not 95% because of the back of scratch, but due to the overall conditions is still great (except the back cover), it can't rate in "Value Buy Items", so it still 'sit' in "Grade (A-) Conditions". And misleading you think that i'm not honest to rate the phone.

Like you has told, i did post a very clear picture of the scratch area, this is prevent to confuse (or mislead) buyer to think that the phone is very good conditions (but at last, they still will complain when they receive it, no ?) .

Just that, the rating system just can't explain all about conditions except picture tell the buyer very clear. So, sometimes, it has some argue between rating systems, which i has try to avoid by snapping very clear picture, or angle.

Hope you understand that i'm really honest to my buyer at almost every point, but sometimes human may not perfect, but i will be improve as more as i can
