My house is double storey link house 22x75. Please quote me the following items:


1) plain board plaster ceiling.
2) to lay 300x300 floor tiles at car porch. ( inclusive hacking ) - tiles will buy by myself
3) to lay 600x600 floor tiles at upstair ( inclusive hacking ) - tiles will buy by myself
4) to lay 300x300 wall tiles at new wet kitchen. ( inclusive hacking ) - tiles will buy by myself
5) to paint external & internal wall, grill, doors, ceiling - paint will buy myself
6) construct brickwall at wet kitchen c/w 4'x4' window - materials (bricks, cement, window and etc) will buy myself
7) supply and install door, door frame at wet kicthen
8) construct concrete table - materials will buy myself
9) supply and install laminated kitchen door for concrete table c/w drawer set.
10) lay cement render 22 x 8 - materials will buy myself

Hi,
I am also planning to do some work for my Condo in KL (size approximately 1,500 sq ft).
Work planned:
1. Painting (entire condo)
2. Water-proofing, retiling and change fixtures in 3 bathrooms
3. Tear-down and rebuild wadrobe and kitchen cabinet
4. Installation of lights, fans, hood & hob
5. Polish existing marble floor (hall)
6. May require electrical work (re-wiring)

Would appreciate if you could provide a rough estimation of how much it would cost?

hi,

I'm planning on extension of kitchen only about 22x5ft without extension of 2nd floor. both neighbours have extended their kitchen thus i need to joint with their kitchen.

planned;
1) kitchen extension 22x5
2) retilling newly built area (22x5 ft)
3) rewiring in the newly built area (due to extension)
4) plumbing work in kitchen (due to extension)
5) build concrete table size around 8ft + 6ft (L shape)
6) close existing entrance to toilet near kitchen
7) create new entrance to toilet near kitchen


please advise the extimated cost for the above.

i need some quotation as well if you dont mind...
the condo is an old condo, wanna do renovation so my parents will live more comfortable since they do not want to move..

1- change the 2 toilet entirely (new tiles, new wc and stuff)
2- refurbish the kitchen cabinet
3- add tv cabinet in the living room
4- add wardrobe to 3 rooms..(optional)

my budget is only RM20k..enough or not ?

0) removing all existing basin, wc, shower screen, shower head, tiles and mirror/shelf
1) Need to build a 2 x 4 feet table top for basin. top using 2 piece of 2 x 2 tiles, below the top needs to build a wooden shelf till floor level with tiles skirting.
2) Need to remove existing full height wall tiles and floor tiles, replace with 300x600 tiles. 6 x 6 x 8 (height) (we source for own tiles)

and why do you want to use 12mm? 8mm should be sufficient for your 'environment'.

Hi I m located in PJ, planning to do some renovation on my house (1,650 built up). i m not quite sure about the measurements yet, but will provide the following estimation :

1) 2nd Floor Rooms x 2 (Exclude Tiles and toilet accessories)
- To extend to balcony level approximately : 7 - 10ft
- To build a toilet in ONE of the rooms (including tiling)
- To do water proofing
- To install basin, toilet
- Optional : to remove top floor parquets and do tiling works


2) Ground Floor extension to the front
- To demolish existing front and extend to the front approx 4ft
- To change staircase to cement


3) Plaster Ceiling
- Normal flat plan plaster ceiling for living hall - approx 500sf
- Top Floor approx 300 sf
- all 3 rooms approx 500sf

4) Extend Porch Roof approx. 5ft (might need to build a pillar due to room extension

5) Change all wirings to 3 phase and all pipings in the house

for 900sqft apartment in puchong, plan to install

1. plaster ceiling for living hall and kitchen
2. remove all tiles for 2 toilets and kitchen and reinstall new tiles
3. laminated floor for living hall, about 400 sqft
4. re-wiring and add more points and wire conceal and move air con to another position, some hacking may require.
5. repaint whole house
6. add tv cabinet with backlight
7. remove all unused furnitures which include 2 sofas, 1 mobile kitchen cabinet, 1 bed and tv cabinet.

am almost finish doing a project in SETIA ECO PARK, Shah Alam. that is a out door concrete stair case with a bic canopy roof. u may go by ur own (u may call me also) any time cos that is a open place for all. u may ask any sccurity guard to show the place name GREEN CANOPY FUNCTION HALL, SETIA ECO PARK.

Hi, can you try to give me a quotation about the renovation as listed below:

LIVING HALL.
1. Labour to demolish living hall floor tiles and clear all debris.
2. To supply and install 24" x 24" polish floor tiles at living hall c/w 3" skirting.( estimate 538 sf)
3. To supply and install 43'L 'L' box plaster ceiling.
4. To paint whole house using Nippon paint.

WET KITCHEN.
1. To supply and install 12" x 24" homo floor tiles.( estimate 54 sf)
2. To supply and install 8" x 10" ceramic wall tiles up to 9'H.( estimate 270 sf )
3. To supply and install 4'H x 5'W powder coated sliding window.
4. To close up 1no window c/w plaster on both side.
5. Demolish existing door and wall and replace with 1 no 5'x7' powder coated sliding door

DRY KITCHEN.
1. To supply and install 12" x 24" homo floor tiles. ( estimate 81 sf)

GRILLE.
1. To supply and install 1 no 2' x 4' iron grille.
2. To supply and install 1 no 7' x 13' sliding iron grille. icon_question.gif

do you do repair work for door replacement?
i wanna replace my room door, currently using standard plywood door since it is broke already.

Looking for a contractor to do renovation as below: -

1) Extend Back yard (8' X20') and remove and retile the existing kitchen flooring (exclude tiles, approximately 350sqft)
2) Reposition down-stair toilet (include re-tile till full height, water proofing, exclude tiles)
3) Re-tile the living room (remove existing tiles, approximately 300sq.ft, exclude tiles)
3) Re-tile the other two toilets (till full height, water proofing, exclude tiles)
4) Car poach renovation (include widening the entrance to accommodate 14ft gain, remove and retile the floor, around 300sq.ft, exclude tiles)
5) Electrical work (include 4 rooms air cond conceal piping, 3 toilets water heater, autogate)

I want to extend my kitchen (size : 20 x 10ft) . For the car porch , need to remove one pole to side and do tiling for (size : 20 x 40ft). Pls quote me the cost. Thank you.

Hi, I am located in USJ 5 double storey 2175sq ft terrace end lot!Planning to renovate if possible!!Need some estimation for an additional 3rd floor on a 24x75sq ft+5ft side land!!Perhaps need council approval,plans??
Also 2nd storey front,side extention balcony. and new, modern design views!!
