I thought BL do accept end user claim? that's pretty weird cos I've known some people bringing their gears directly to them for RMA. hmm.gif

I have a problem with my Imperator Refresh. Sometimes when I'm using it, the cursor is stuck, and the LED is blinking everytime that happens. I have to lift the mouse up from the surface (mousepad or anything), only it will move again.

What is the problem?

Sincerely speaking, i cant see the significance in having a mirror finish on input devices such as mice or keyboards.... no matter how cool it gets... that is when it is still new in the box and no one actually touches them yet..... doh.gif

Nope, not that kind of problem. My problem is that, it freezes itself while I'm using it let's say, while playing Counter-Strike. And it will say frozen, until I lift my mouse up, or re-plug the cable. Usually when it is freezing, the LED will keep on blinking.

Other ports are the same.

Tried using my former rm37 mouse, and it's working normally. No issues like this one.

Even the blackwidow, the side part glossy. Finger print magnet also.

For me, get the mirror edition if you rajin enuf to clean your keyboard every 2 days. Or everytime after usage. And don't forget the normal version which is rubberized, it will start to peel off after long period of time. Depending on your usage as well.

Ferox cannot compare with those standard 2.1 speaker cause the selling point is it's portability. You can compare it with those small speakers from Divoom, Eacan etc tongue.gif but if Ferox compared with X-mini speakers then uhh..even X-Mini II can easily tapau Ferox, but then it is mono lah. Difference is pretty obvious, X-Mini one have wider soundstage, more bass and more depth compared to Ferox.

i dunno where u listen to ur x-mini at...
but i checked it out at ALL-IT where its quieter...x-mini cannot compare to ferox.
bass technically its not bass...its more low mids...but clarity is nowhere as good as ferox.

and i can play my metal stuff thru ferox just fine without it garbling up.

now my x mini do sound like it have lower mids..psychological effect tongue.gif no wonder it works best if you put it onto a empty container, somehow the sound is isn't that muted-ish. But technically, the 'bass' is still stronger brah, got the feel.
clarity yes, Ferox wins. Me no say about X-Mini clarity tongue.gif
