They most probably won't ... If I'm not mistaken Razer Mamba was released in year 2009 and Razer Mamba 4G was released in year 2011 so there you go.

and now we have razer mamba 2012 edition already

err, Razer Mamba 2012 was actually launched in 2011..................

So we should be expecting Mamba 2013 this year.

I'm not sure whether some people understood what I've written in my previous comment... razer Mamba was first released in year 2009 (if not mistaken) and razer Mamba 4g/2012(Naming convention) was released in 2011 so it took them 2 years to release another version of Mamba. I'm not going to say they will DEFINITELY release a new model in 2 years but according to the previous pattern, if they're going to release a new Razer Mamba it would be next year.

Anyway I'm planning to write a new improved and structured review (Mostly critique) in probably a month later because the previous review was written after 2 days of usage and I was typing it using on-screen keyboard with my Razer Mamba because I can't use my keyboard in my position(I've just went through a surgery). I'll post it here and also send it to Razer Support team. I hoped they will seriously look into all these problems and fix it properly... In terms of hardware and software because I'm seriously disappointed on this mouse, especially when it cost so much... Either way, I've wasted RM 4xx on a mouse that does not meet up to my expectation but still the best mouse I've had and I'm gonna keep on using it.

one should be aware enough of all the problems of the mamba based on numerous user reviews on the net. but still glad that u enjoy the mouse, its still a very nice mouse although the price is a bit off

if razer would seriously consider fixing all the probs the mouse faced they would have done it in the 4g version based on feedbacks from the original mamba. but as we all know, other than the sensor....which still fails, nothing much other than aesthetics.
