blue switch is ok if u dont do alot of double taps.

The blue switches are quite poor for gaming, and most people will prefer get the Browns/Red/Black

so if want double taps cannot buy blue switch

ya, for FPS and action RPG gamer better avoid blue switch

guys, I'm currently looking for a nice headset. Assuming I get the Chimaera, do I need to get a soundcard? Currently using Asus Maximus Extreme-Z mobo that comes with Realtek ALC 889. Thanks in advance

Siberia V2 is a nice headset though.

I'm looking at this headset too...I'm too noob in audio stuff...actually its either Chimaera or Siberia V2...but do I have to get a better sound card or I can just stick with the mobo?

i thought that's normal? i see many reviewers go through every details in the box, some even include unboxing

You can go for Siberia V2 USB.. it's external 7.1 surround sound card

i bet i could play with blue switches and kick most ppl's ass in BF3
but when it comes to games like UT where u need to double tap alot...then the blue clicky ones may lag abit.
then again, no one in asia plays UT anymore

as long as the kb doesnt break down and the keys do what u want, then anything is fine.
i never hear of any complains that says blue keys jam or lag, unlike certain membrane kbs i tried where i press and then the key only activate like 1/2sec later.
this is all just ppl jumping on the bandwagon blindly, just like how ppl go anti-lynas when the fact is that lynas isnt much of a threat to anything.

bottom line is, mouse is more important for FPS.

Ya..if budget <RM400 i would pick BWU for the macro keys and backlight, but if u allow to choose other switches i will pick black switch

hmm it was quite well done except for some off focus shots and the long intro of the packaging. It was a turn off for me for the 1st 5 mins as i was anticipating the review more focus on the naga hex itself. suggesting the usage of a tripod the nxt product review. overall good job.

u need to hold it yourself to know how it feels. the surface is just hard plastic, no rubbery feeling at all. but i don't know what problem it'll create after long periods of usage

i have the battlefield scarab edition and the razer imperator battlefield...sad to say that the imperator doesnt work with this battlefield scarab edition cuz of the colours are which are on the mouse pad which is because the imperator 4g dual sensors dont sense multi colour mousepad:)..very disappointed with imperator just bought it not even a week and its like this..haih
