The show currently showing at 8tv is using Sony camera!
First time seeing people in dramas using Sony DSLRs. It's a good start. |

It's unfair to compare an APSC to a full frame viewfinder anyway regardless whether it's EVF or OVF.. The field of view is still different due to the sensor size.

Well according to Sonyalpharumors, Zeiss will NOT produce anymore DT lenses. Future Zeiss lenses will all be full frame.
And about the baby Zeiss, I think it will still have it's markets. It IS a Zeiss after all and I know many people would rather have that extra 30mm range at the expense of constant f2.8 , SSm and weather seal. Both lenses will have their buyers IMO. |

QUOTE(ks1234 @ Oct 11 2011, 07:35 PM) depends how are you gonna use it.If you plan to sink your camera in the snow then your best bet is the a77 with the kit lens. The a900 and a850 are reported to be able to withstand these strong environments but beware that warranty would not cover should anything go amiss. Other cameras, take your risk lo. Please report your test here. Thanks |

A good preview of Sony a77...
http://www.photoclubalpha.com/2011/10/17/t...tomorrow-today/ And i think i found out what went wrong with my exposures on some of my shots.. QUOTE Be warned, if you use a single AF point you’ll also be using spot metering regardless of the metering mode set. It may have 1,200 metering zones on the CMOS sensor but it will prefer correct exposure at the point or points of focus. does this happen in the a300 metering system? or just limited to a77? Should i go back to wide or centre AF during my regular shots? |
