Hi! My home is running 3phase and voltage fluctuates like crazy, it goes as low as 219V on one phase. Complains to TNB yielded no improvements. Do you have a solution to stabilize the voltage?

It only happens on the same phase all the time? How long the 219v lasted on that phase?

Okay my humble review for the seller.

Item

Well I did get the item inside a box. Everything is provided and it indeed works. Displays power usage various electronic and I just realized that my Atom Nettop consumes the least power and my Server consumes <2W on standby. Interesting to know after letting it to run for 30 minutes.

Shipment

I should say its fast. The seller shipped within the same day. Paid around 3PM and it was shipped on the same day. Received it the following day

Communication

Excellent. The seller PM'ed and even SMS'ed me with my tracking number and the communication was smooth. No hiccups , promptly answered my SMS question on warranty (just to test how people respond when I ask them silly question)

Overall
I am satisfied with the overall service provided by this guy. Would I buy anything again ? Yes , probably especially things like a watt metre which is extremely rare in Malaysia. Plus with LED makes it easier to see when you have poor lighting conditions.

Question:
Does it also show the operating period (hours and minute)? For example, I turn on the air con at 1pm and switch off at 5.37pm. will I get readings like 7.2kwh and time 4.37hrs.

Our company has an agreement with Poslaju for a daily pick-up (except the 1st Saturday of every month, Sunday and Public Holiday) so all orders with payment cleared before 3.00pm will be send out on the same working day.

Yes, it can log the run time of the electrical appliance that plugged onto it and many more. You can even set the standby threshold so that it only log time when the compressor is running.
