RM200 for a driver side window and plus a bit of knocking on the driver side panel + paint back a bit. You guys think is cheap? O.O

Should be reasonable. Cos just to respray a bumper (Honda Civic) already cost around RM300

but mine is just tiny little myvi lolx. mine is just a tiny dent on side panel because of shattered window. O.O

its normal that even if the damage is a tiny little portion on the panel, u have 2 respray the whole thing..

guys,
For those who have or plan to have myvi bonnet black color.

Here what I got:

Myvi bonnet replace with fiber(with shape)cost around RM250.
Spray to matte black or glossy black-RM160.
sticker-matte black RM250,CF around RM400.

Which one you guys think worth?
planning to do so,some say spray better,some say stick better.@.@

I would do sticker gua. cause I park under hot sun everyday, dont want the colour to fade.
and the sticker finishing not bad also wad. tongue.gif
when u got tired of that colour can rip off and stick another colour biggrin.gif

what about those bonnet like evo?Not nice for you?means you still can keep ori bonnet.

In the hot sun everyday, wouldn't the sticker give problem? Colour fading and pealing off?
Wouldn't the spraying option be better and not forgetting cheaper some more... tongue.gif

Got my Myvi SE on saturday... Next week goint to rawang n shod new shoes for the myvi. Federal 595 evo maybe.

Variant: SE

Transmission: Manual

Colour: Ivory White

If it's SE Variant: Flush Type


OEM front antiroll bar how thick in mm?? Any1 already change the front ARB to thicker ARB?

If with original front ARB, rear need to pair with how thick ARB??

Erm,if paint is like your car paint?Sticker not sure last longer or not,once one part water gets in,i think the whole sticker is damage after .

then I go with paint first. If in the future got a lot of scratches or whatsoever. I guess I will get sticker and stick it ba. tongue.gif
and since u got cheap price. cheaper than sticker.
and sticker need to stick yourself sometimes maybe not 'zhun' enough.

i think change bonnet one is not carbon look,just normal,erm the price quote of paint i am afraid is not top quality one.but yet still look nice,but need to put the car there for few days,if sticker few hours then done haha laugh.gif

Alternatively, go to hardware shop and get a few cans of the spray paint and DIY. biggrin.gif

I'm very scared of doing DIY's. haha. might screw it up big time.

anyway, speaking of bonnets. My bonnet very hard to close. lol.
what seem to be the problem?


Added on October 31, 2011, 12:49 pmu guys recommend to ask professional cut hole to put 6" speaker or just use small 4" ?
and getting imitation or ori? aiks. Imitation really tempting with the price ><

Depends on which type of song you listening. 4 inch in dashboard can have very good sound too.

can anybody enligthen me about tyres here.
as we know myvi are front wheel drive car and front tyre will faster wear than rear tyre, correct me or not.
but my rear tyre have uneven wear were the mechanic say my tyre have wave like wear. suspect of carrying heavy load constantly.
i seldom carry heavy load except for 2 pair of shoe and safety triangle.
how it happen. ask me to change the tyre even have alot of thread.
