Okay,if u wanna go for an anime style,u should do more research on how it drawn,my style is different from anime style.

I dont know how to explain,but hair strands do not stick together,try stroking each line softly,every strands count,dont break the law of gravity.One important thing u must know is,where the strands came from.Hair strands are soft.
Im a bad teacher,there are other person who can tell u more about this.

Not really much of a different,just the direction of the strokes is different.I strongly suggest u go study anime hair,keep observing how they draw the hair,thats how I did it.
