ya, the size is not gigantic like photoshop. The .sai save files also very small.
Mind that sai is not suitable for photo editing ( ).

Heh, I uploaded an old tutorial about how to construct a manga/comic-style face. It's kind of old, but I'm told that it's still very useful, so I'm just sharing it here.

I used a very simple formula of lines and shapes that allows you to create proportionate faces, because when I made this tutorial it was in response to a friend asking me how to make a manga face that is stylized, but still has "good" or "semi-real" proportion
