IMO if VV was keeper in that game, the clean sheet might have not been achieved.. Is pinto better than VV? (emotional theatrics aside)

Jordi alba will be a good buy IMO.. to replace abidal.. CB? maybe coz puyol is indeed ageing, he is still composed and strong against most opponents, along with impeccable and precise tackling and positioning.. but against real/chelsea his pace let him down (it deeply saddens me to say this about el capitan) and were at least partly at fault for the goals conceded.. But i realize that Pique-Puyol partnership is really strong, as we saw in the first quarter of the chelsea 2nd leg.. One provides aerial strength and speed while the other promotes discipline, positioning and focus (where pique sometimes loses focus).. So if pique is playing, puyol is is best partner.. But we still need a cb in case puyol is injured coz pique-masch partnership spells trouble, and if abidal does not return, we really only have 2 and a half real centre backs.. (masch is half if u ask me) We are too thin in defense!!!!!! Other than that i think our midfield area and offensive end is good enough, as cesc, alexis, thiago, afellay should continue to improve.

is it just me or does messi looks disinterested lately... it seems like he has no responsibilities defensively..not chasing balls down.. closing down opposing plays.. he just stands around and wait for plays to come to him.. like sometimes when he loses possesion, or when team mates around him loses the ball, he does not react to get into positions to steal the ball/stop opponent's play.. this kinda pisses me off tbh.. am i the only one who sees it this way?

All the hype about needing another masch/busi kinda player who is versatile enough to play CB but i think DM is already over crowded in this team, time to get a real CB dun ya think? Rami?? or are we done buying from valencia lol.. i like paolo cannavaro too

we tried that with ibra.. i think we would agree we wont want another ibra from happening again would we?

Tello and cesc were non-existent.. Esp cesc.. Our right flank was crap because of this and dani has to be in advanced positions to help our attack on the right, which left a huge void on defense therefore a lot of osasuna's attack came from the left.. surprised tito pulled iniesta out for xavi instead of cesc..maybe he has the real match on his mind.. tello on the other hand, still has a lot to learn in terms of running into space, a lot of times iniesta couldnt find a killer pass to him, which then shut down our threat from the left as well.. As soon as villa came on, he linked up so much better with jordi, which then led to the 2nd goal.. messi had a few decent chances esp in the 1st half... but yeah we were totally lucky for our 1st goal cause alexis was offside.. then again messi has been wrongly called offside at least twice in this match..

how long ago was that? El capitan looked so young.. I would kill to have that jersey..
