its just the way business goes.. Fenway group + King Kenny knows better bout it.. plus, if the player was the one handed the transfer request, it shows he is not happy staying... "no player is bigger than the club".. he will be missed, but hey, we have to move on, just like we did with the man shall not be named..

based from the first 2 of the list, i would say chelsea is club for our rejects rather than feeder club

I miss meireles but I won't sad that he goes because I support the club and not the player.

Wow all of a sudden the depth we were once singing about has gone to tatters.
I feel that letting both aquilani and meireles might've been a wrong move. However, with Bellamy in, we could use Henderson primarily as a central mIdfielder and Bellamy possibly out wide? Or play 4-3-3 which Bellamy would suit perfectly for.

good news : Liverpool have released Philipp Degen after failing to find a buying club for the player this summer. The full-back is now a free agent and will seek new employment ahead of the new season.

I guess overall it wouldn't be a really big loss. Since we have Gerrard coming back and bellamy coming in our team

if Belllamy turns out to be Gary MacAllister act 2, we're in for some exciting times...

I cant believe Meireles leave us , anyway good luck to him

and Ngog for 4M? I think he will become a decent striker in future

ya i am as surprised as any of you especially after we have got rid of Aquilani, pretty sure there's some sense in selling him be it disagreement on wage or maybe they would think its a good time to cash in.

IMHO the midfield is still as good as it get with 4 well-established first team players giving it a shot. (yes i'm trying to ignore the fact that Meireles played a big part in the Arsenal game )
