championship side surely wont waste their money for some 27 y/o dude just for the sake of loaning him to other teams. unless they believe he's really a special talent. it's a diff case for big sides and of course most of them are for youngsters.
i'm not sure abt the 3 years. but ryo miyaichi need only half a season to convince the British gov or something to get the work permit.
But that's because Japan is a high ranked non EU country that almost always qualifies for the World Cup.

for non EU player outside of top70, they need to play in other EU league for some period then only allowed to play in UK
so, if salee is that good and cardiff really want him, they would sign him up and loan to another league.. then hv to wait until hes in 30's to play for cardiff ..which doesnt make sense that we put high hope to see him play for any UK team..
