1st of all we malaysia are without our foreign legion.
2nd there's the thais and also singapore.

1st of all...singapore and thailand 7's team are not as good as their 15's national team...my club ASASRC have defeated their 1st n 2nd Singapore national team during the NS Royal 7's...

2nd of all...malaysia is being trained by 2 coach...md romli and also tomasi cama...under tomassi,malaysia have actually qualified for next year's Hong Kong 7's..even tomassi have brought up the Taiwan national 7's team to a level where they have never dream before...

Have faith..malaysia will won the SEA Games Gold Medal..

is there any protective vest which comes with back padding? coz i recently injured my back, so dont want to occur again

actually most shoulder pads do. try looking for gilbert shoulder pads. they have the spongy stuffs all over the vest.

Usually,Padang Utara,PJ. Usually Saturday afternoon 5pm onwards. Teams are on training because the 15-a-site season has not yet started.
The only league that is running right now is the ANSARA ALUMNI League,today I think STJOBA got thrashed by SAINSJOHAR.

Bunch of teams practice there,from one end to the other end of the field.
I know Raccoons always take up the left end of the field.
Malaysia National players will usually take the field closes to the Paintball Academy.
There are a few expats who also playing touch rugby.

Padang Merbuk,near Bank Negara is another venue.
There's Bandaraya Dragon and NS and few other teams too,usually on Friday or Saturday.


Other teams like BIB,usually take their training session at Victoria Institution's green (field) on Sunday afternoon.

Just join them for a game of touch.

i wish i shared the same faith as you.
did you know that the malaysia team that qualify to hongkong 7's have 1 or 2 fijian born player.
while this sukan sea we only use our own country men.
may b the singapore 7 team is not as good as their 15's side but the thais is always good in their 7's.
still remember they win the asian bronze medal at asian games few years ago.
never underestimated the thais at their home ground.
until malaysia 7's bring back the gold i'll always be skeptical about their chance.

U mean armor fit or shoulder guards?

armor fits size from s to l in black and red or black and blue.

i retired from rugby for 1 year..have 2 times ankle injury..waa...

well...i accidently bumped into khairul azhar,one of the player from the korat team..
he wore a sling..one thing about malaysian player...they are fragile...hukhuk...
according to md romli,the national coach for the national team..
the lost is because of the injury problem the malaysian team had...
only 4 key players were playing in the game against the phillipines..
thats the only info that i got...
correct me if i do hav wrong information anywhere..
