injury usually comes due to half-hearted contact... smile.gif

hi guys... tomorrow nite at 11 i think got england vs france six nations... news updates from perak - perak league super and perdana divisions are over.... champions of perdana division - askar... beat UTP 14 -8 in the finals... although utp beat them in the group stages... close game... now in the knock outs of the presidents cup... perak canterbury sevens on the list... 8 sukma teams and 11 local teams...
