Group ranked uses system similar to SC2 ladder, which you can create a number of teams and each team has its own Elo. So instead of personal Elo in premade ranked, now you have a team Elo.

Same here, only 2 consistent friends to play with so far. Some say childish graphic, some say DotA still rocks, some don't like MOBA and all that left is me and 2 friends.

Not really, I want to use Goliath or Goliathus as my main ID name, yet they are occupied. So I did a search on their profile and Goliathus are only active on April 2011, played a game and that's it yet I cannot get that name as my ID name. I have not seen "the summoner name inactive after a month rule" anywhere so I guess you just don't like Garrena too much.

I don't really like Gaarena ever since the DotA day but I have to admit the LoL department is doing okay.

Flying spaghetti can play since 1PM yesterday.

Holy freaking jungle rework? I am fine with rework but I don't like that they make it easier...I don't want to see even more jungle farmer that don't gank and don't really do much except staying in jungle all night long.

I play jungler quite often(and I did a fair amount of research on games I play so I am fine theory-wise) so I know what is what and I only blame when they don't help when the team needs them. Sometime, when you see a jungler just farming all night long when 2 of the 3 lanes are getting pushed, enemies are overextending and yet the jungler is not coming, you know he is just bad. I don't blame them if they are still new, like level 1x which would be quite new to jungle(seen jungle farmer a lot when I play my smurf) but what the heck? Sometime it's level 30 players that don't gank at all even when there are tons of opportunities and that's the problem.

I do believe that you can try to gank a failing lane though, given that your teammates are getting outplayed but they know what they are doing. If they are retarded then I cannot really say much. Also, I believe a jungler should show his presence to give pressure to his enemy. Sometime I know I am done with the double golem and there's not much of a ganking opporturnity on bottom lane but I still go to "scare" my enemies a little bit, to give them the psychological fear(and sometime burn their flash given that they are panic enough).

Oh yeah, I hate that too but luckily I rarely see such players nowaday.

The best I have is 15:0 for now, gotta love those tense moments.

Perhaps playing tryhard champions and getting yourself to a higher elo range before you start to tank again is a way you should try.

Not sure how flanking could help, maybe tell us more about your preference. Basically there are five general roles I guess, full tank, bruiser(tanky DPS), AD carry("physical damage" dealer), AP carry(mage) and support(healer, CC and etc). Of course, there are also more specific roles like anti-carry(assassin) for example. I think support won't help much in lower level games so that's 4 roles for you to pick. If your flanking means come out of nowhere and kill your enemy in few seconds, then AD carry or certain AP carry is your role.

I understand that but then going full tank sometime doesn't help that much when your carry ain't doing things. Of course, a bruiser is always a great choice to carry yourself out of hell, being tanky and provide good damage at the same time.

So a ranged, just like I said then, either an AD or an AP carry. I do think that an AP carry is better for beginner though since you just hit a few spells(and then walk away) and you will kill. AD needs a lot of farm to do very well. Ashe is okay but I think Caitlyn is a much safer newbie choice since Cait has an escape mechanism and the longest starting range in the game.
