i found gen2 nye owners manual dgn service booklet, printed june 2004.
dlmnye.. the recomended oil is 20-50,sj rated. and service interval is every 10k after the first and second service ( 1k,5k,10k,20k etc)
it only recomends 5k service interval for severe driving conditions and high speed runs. for speeds in excess of 170km/h , to change gb oil more often as well.

so, my oci @ 10k interval and using 10-40 oil is not pushing the limits of the car...

oil pump bro, bukan fuel pump. camna nak check i dunno.
last time my pomen open the pump itself, need few parts to open beforehand. so labour might be high.
firstly check whether oil level decrease over time or not. check for leak near timing belt/oil sump area too.
and, why not try cheaper option i.e replace sensor or do engine flush first.

Hi All experienced Gen 2 owners,

Need some help and advice, I tried hard accelerate my car during 3rd gear and suddenly the car jerking at around 5-6k rpm.

I'm so worried. Previously it never happened, I just completed major service last week at Proton SC for 20k mileage.

Mine was gen2 cps 2010/MT.

i think ur car engine cant take it all.
since it just got new engine oil.

is ur sparkplug olso change when major service done?
afraid it stated change in the receipt but they dont change it
happened to me tho.. maybe u can check ur sparkplug sir..
