nope... i don't think AW wants another renegade player in the team. i believe the team harmony is building up right now. it would be foolish to mess around with it. Plus... RVP and Sneijder aren't exactly good friends.

i'm more incline to have Yann Mvila or that swiss dude Xherdan

yerp... that's it. salary.... ok about this, we have seen now that clubs are struggling to meet with the wages of players. Yes we should increase the wages but increase it to acceptable figures both for player and club. too many we've seen this year that clubs can't meet with wages of contracted players. recent cases being Adebayor and Kaka. in Ade case, his wage is so damn high but his value to the club is nothing. That's why Mancini didnt see him as part of his plan. That's why Kun was brought in. City even let him go on loan for free as long as they didn't have to pay him. So, 1 good season earns you huge wage but what of it if you can't play? and no one wants to play u?

Same can be said with Kaka.... though he is still a formidable player, Mourinho didn't see him as part of the RM renovation.... and they are struggling to sell him or even pay him. 150k/week turns out to about 7.8Million per year. For a player that hardly plays, that's surplus and a waste to the club.

As we've read today, clubs in Spain are struggling to pay wages to their players. 50+ millions in arrears is no joke. its only a matter of time before some agent/player take matters into their own hands and sue the clubs. that would be very ugly indeed.

that's why i love the way AW go about his businesses. He keep things tight, yet managable. Our salary structure maybe low but most importantly we can sustain and can pay our players. yes we have to change the structure to fit into todays wages demand but we shouldn't go overboard with it.

I think we can afford Kaka's wage for the season.... but that's the max i think we should pay any players for this year or next.

that's why i say it's AW kind of signing. nobody knows him yet he is one of the best midfielder in Swiss league. wiki'ed the guy... quite impressive resume for a 20yr old.

poor man's Arjen Robben? i'd take that... as long as he's not easily injured as robben. hahaha

The problem with bendtner is clubs don't see him as their main striker just yet. So clubs are reluctant to bow to his wage demand.

If I'm him, I'd stay and fight with chamakh. Learn more and be all rounder. Increase your own value.

Barca and RM got their $$ thru bank loans and property developments. Btw, they are hundreds of millions in debt and have to keep on winning just to stay afloat. That's why they need to push to have the best players into their team. U should ask verx in real madrid thread about the monies in la liga/real madrid and he'll give u a good lecture about it. Ehehe they aren't that rich considering the debts they have. Heck barca owes us henry's payment up til last year if not mistaken... And henry no longer with them! Wth u saying they r rich? They struggle to scrape thru player wages n tries to pushed down values via unsettling other club players.rich my arse.. I rather be kedekut like wenger than spending $ I don't have.
