dunno if my cara ok or not to the sifu, so consult sifus first la~
but first time, i just campak all of them, all die liao~ that time very extreme noob dunno what is acclimazation mean hehe. 2 died on spot, while other slowly dying within 1 week, i guess too hot...tank about 31 C..colour turned very bright red

now(new batch-2 weeks old), all of them survived, unless got eaten by my bettas.. so far so good.
1)15-25mins float the plastic bag in the tank...
2)pindah them in a separate container/bowl/small tank, gently transfer them all in with lfs water.
3)use hose and do the water dripping from ure intended tank to the temporary shrimp container. ideal is 1 drop/second. sumtimes i just put more drip/second this usually takes about 20-45 minutes, depends on water volume. also read from other forum, some do it for 2 hours.. shocking.gif
4)after all done, gently transfer the shrimp to the intended tank. try not to use the water from the container since its alread mix from lfs water, u dont know whats in it ~

if ure airpump can change speed setting, use low speed la, if not, try to put clamp/clothes peg at the hose to reduce flow.
if got spare money, go get airpump flow regulator to reduce the flow rate. or atttach multiple airstone with same multiple hose and place at different place in the tank using only one air pump.

wow shocking.gif u *piak-king* them on their butt, lmfao tongue.gif

nice pic! but inflow from lower level tank need more power. how can u match the water flow for in and out?
*
yup, thought of that, got a counter solution for it i guess, next to the fish rack is my cupboard, a bit higher than my tank, so it will require minimum outflow from the container. if the flow to strong, can still use the flow regulator/valve
