Isn't exactly throttling, just have spikes which makes the games will run smooth..

Can you try the slider to slightly like Core 700MHz and press apply. Then try again furmark and observe the graph ?

It is, but that's not throttling, throttling you would have the GPU run at 200MHz for 5 minutes to let the heat drop then back again to 675MHz until reach thermal limit then drop again to 200MHz for 5 mintues and so on..

If the case is not enough power, by running it at lower clock should get smoother graph..

Not even stress the CPU yet, only GPU, the clocks jumping up and down while temp is still <72C..

@htpkevin, can you try disable Aero, and set everything on nVidia control panel to performance instead of quality ?
Then furmark on GPU default clock..
The Windows power option, leave it at Balanced.

The GPU clocks.
Currently the N45SF seems to be downclocking itself if under stress..
Underclocking/Overclocking doesn't seems helping..
