Sigh... I have bad experience with Airpak Express this morning also... I received the yellow card, I called to ask is it can arrange to send the parcel to my company, the operator hold my line 5 minutes, then asked so many questions before asked for my company address... After I provided the address, the lady asked me "But the address here is put as Wxxxx Ixxxxx Condo?" I explained, yes, but I am not at home, that's why I asked is it possible to resend to my company? Ok, to make it simple, I asked her, is there are branch at Jalan Pudu? Maybe I can collect the parcel there? She answered "Oh, this one I am not sure! Why don't send to your friend's house?"
Wtf...
Finally, I get no mood, and told her nevermind, I will ask the sender settled for you =.="...
What the bad and rude service!!! Airpak Express! Shame on you!!!
