Air Cond Filter, and Air Filter no need to let SC change, mark-up way too high, just go buy outside at any Honda stockist or well known shop such as PH Auto in Sea Park will do.

QUOTE(westlife @ Sep 29 2011, 09:05 PM) ic. rm110-125k pricing consider quite reasonable actually. consider our insight already rm100k. and the engine of crz is 1.5-1.6k cc? if not wrong? of course the appearance no doubt nicer looking too. but if it is like what rumor said, it will be a 6 speed manual car, then i will not be interested though. not into manual seriously. 10 units only at each showroom? i think can still try anyway. like our insight initially a lot of orders, but due to some loan application not approved etc, end up 3 mths wait become 2 weeks wait also. ZeroSP ordered already? Not yet... Still thinking, but I just put name on the list... QUOTE(westlife @ Sep 29 2011, 10:15 PM) ic. that's good. at least there is auto version. Yeap, tentatively MT only... CVT version will need to wait

just an update: went for 10km service as well as ask them to see whether can close the gap or not. Apparently cannot, SC ask me to go ahead and claim for a replacement. They already helped me placed an order for it. Hopefully will arrive within 2 - 3 weeks. The plastic cover there has just very small pins and connector, even you ordered new, and they pushed in harder than usual, it will be same ... Else if it fits, make sure you (or anybody else don't open up anymore) else its a confirm broke part again. QUOTE(yipguseng @ Oct 3 2011, 05:41 PM) Tenaga Setia at Jalan 222 PJ Avoid that SC if possible...

QUOTE(ongdennis @ Oct 14 2011, 01:15 PM) Air filter 110 x 3 times can buy an almost lifetime warranty K&N filter gear oil i think better let the SC do in case anything wrong happen to the gearbox they have no reason to blame us. Not an issue, as long as you get the right oil. QUOTE(Kensim00 @ Oct 14 2011, 02:26 PM) Does this affect the warranty coverage under maintenance? Since it's not changed by them.. Or I guess it depends on different sc's 'policies' Yes, me here I have no problem with them... Only engine oil and oil filter I let them change, until warranty over.

QUOTE(STC @ Oct 15 2011, 04:53 PM) When you reach 180km/h. The engine cuts in and out due to the Limiter set by the car computer. See page 332 of the manual. Ok, important information to all about WARRANTY. At page 360 of the manual "HOWEVER, SERVICE AT A DEALER IS NOT MANDATORY TO KEEP YOUR WARRANTIES IN EFFECT"At page 363, service under severe condition is for every 5000KM or 6 MONTHS. HM must be hating me. As long as you are good with your service advisor, you are good to go... I service my car 10K intervals, bring my own original air filter, and transmission fluid... No issues...

QUOTE(iTrump @ Oct 15 2011, 05:49 PM) So meaning to say that by showing this to the SC, we shall able to have longer service interval? Added on October 15, 2011, 6:29 pmNeed to change to fully synthetic oil for if opt for 10k intervals service? Yes, I am using fully syn. Changing oils more often is good, but it should not be misleading telling people using fully syn is not good, having synthetic is good for your engine protection. It is just in a sense that for Honda case, the fully syn offered is 5w-40, compared to 5w-30 semi syn, the semi syn lower viscosity = lighter = better for low end torque for Insight, which is beneficial and important. Else if I am driving Insight, I would have opted for semi syn instead, and when warranty over, I will just go for something better like Mobil1 full syn 5w-30 Enhanced Green.
