I find concrete car porch easy to maintain (but slightly dusty at times).
Only issue is you need to make the surface a lil rough, if not it can be slippery.

Slate also another good material but on the slightly more costly side. Do not go for black as dirt is pretty obvious against black but go for something of a beige or grayish hue depending on your preference.
