so far I see other than symphony hill (consider high end) that next to sejati, in front and side still empty land...don't know when going to develop though heard rumors of mydin, business center, etc.

tis 3 areas r sharing the same road with sejati residences
Masreca first phase selling 100k++ only not sure about prima
+ mosque and sek agama too

Opposite vacant lands heard Mydin bought de corner lot, the rest all commercial land. Nearby I thk won't be any high end houses.

cool. gonna have Mydin Mall. good to cater those low & mid household

the location of the Masreca is confirmed? based on the map it's quite far actually but still reachable distance though.

the Areca seem to another high end project, launch price already above 1m

just hope that it won't affect the nearby area, making it become a low end area...

All the newer Mydin hypermarket constructed in recent 1-3years are quite nice, "look" rather upmarket, while keeping the goods price relatively low.

not sure whether it still ongoing or not but do see quite a lot of cars going in and out
low cost project is alright, student and fresh graduate need place to stay that's cheap, but of course hoping it won't become a place that has too many "issue" happen if you know what its means.
it is a nice place to stay indeed, so far no problem

the maintenance fee is low because i believe developer is bearing all the other unsold / not yet VP units.

dont think they can maintain the whole place with the current maintenance fee without developer's help. Once developer handover facilities to JM , the real challenge begins.
