I will go for symphony Hills semi D instead of Sejati residence - nicer landscape, more resort feeling and lesser density in semi D area compares to SR biggrin.gif just personal opinion only.

Called up the sales office and was told that show unit will only opened for viewing late this year. You should this weekend it will still open for existing buyers?

If Super links all sold out, that meant ppl can accept RM 1.3-14mil of large BU.
Just need a bit of time to clear SH. CR and SEG. A matter of time only.
By the time of VP, Rm 1.5mil for LV is possible and semi-D is RM easily 2.0mil+.
All landed HER in cyber is doing well with good delivery of product.

1). SEG - emphasize on waterfront, landscape, location but smaller BU.
