Btw, "I’ve got some good news to share with everyone! As of today, development on the PC version (may want to mention title, just to be safe) of the 2012 update has been almost completed. All that’s left are a couple of final tweaks, which we should knock out in the next couple of days. As a result, we are currently on the verge of being able to submit it to Microsoft, which is basically the last step in the development process. Our current target date is 2/28/2012. I would still say depends on your budget .
If you want to save and might dump fighting game anytime soon . Get a joytron for rm140 or so . Do not think about any future modding . If you are more serious and willing to part some money , get a second hand arcade stick full sanwed for around rm350 . The stick most probably will last you very long .
