It might easily cost you 1k and above per month. Just not worth it. Unless it is condo type ;p

So sudden I have the thought to ask for salary increment after the 3rd months in the company. The reason is that my job scope is too heavy and rather like a 3 person(I'm one of it) show in an international company (Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Thailand, and etc.) I'm hardly take a breath, sometimes have to work 9pm or 10pm and even on Saturday and Sunday without OT pay just to meet the dateline. The job is nonstop and lining up to November already. I wonder I should have request for it or remain my sit to suffer for this 2 years at least....

I suggest speaking to your supervisor regarding your work load. Salary increment wont help if you are forced to this for the next 2 years.
*
Speaking to my supervisor won't help since it is like a long queue project lining up to wait for serve(Sales person already confirmed with the client and passing the deadline to my project manager. I just felt like a lil not fair from what I'm getting > <' ). Furthermore we're just 3 developer. 3 of us are freaking busy from morning to night everyday. Good thing is that a new developer coming in, hopefully the job will be separate equally among. If not it is a real gg...

God bless me please > <'
