i think is easier to get a job now compare to last year
but tougher to get EP since the revise guideline, then again if u meet the criteria, dun see any problem
next year seem to be a question ? i vote for tougher since the economy so uncertain, so myself staying put and not looking for the next 2 year

2.5k is freshgraduate pay in SG. If you're earning 3K basic in M'sia, at least aim for 3K in Singapore. Of course research is needed on your job offer's salary range. I got 3% pay rise number to number before currency conversion when I move there.
