I dun think there will be any discrimination. it's pretty much in black and white. You are employee of Setsco, so your benefits will be that given by Setsco. If you are EM employee then of coz the benefits will be of EM. You can't be the employee of one company and expect the benefit of another right?

I can't recall any Malaysia government office open on Sat & Sun. Where got so hard working.

The immigration office opens on saturday full day and sunday half day. Check the website. However not all counters will be open, depends on what you require to be done there.
