1 year + means you will most likely be looking at first (usually) or second year associate level (if you're lucky), and for these 2 positions from what I heard, most if not all aren't hiring at the moment. Senior level probably more likely.

Added on November 14, 2011, 1:04 amOn an unrelated note, I have a HDB room to rent out at Bishan area, near Bishan MRT for $690 (excluding bills). Move-in date is Dec'10 with a lease of 6 months.

They only have one major intake every year, which is during July - Sep period when the local grads come in. Usually there's a smaller intake around Dec for the Aussie grads. Other than that, they will only hire when needed.

Off record, this year's freshies were much lesser compared to last year, so unless you are already a senior, otherwise I would say chances aren't really that high at the moment.
