Sure, you can earn six figures as a fresh-out-of-college 23-year-old, but you're looking at 90-100-hour work weeks, or even more during busy periods. The salaries are incredible, but at 90 hours a week and 52 weeks a year (no vacations for these guys), it works out to between $20-$30 an hour. And with no free time or social life to speak of, the money doesn't do you much good, either.
