I wanna ask, is it an advantage to have a singapore phone line when u applying for jobs? I mean while you are in Malaysia. Also, does most of the companies accept over the phone interview? Because i am heading back to my hometown at Sarawak, so it would be hard for me to go for their interview, but i think i gonna head over to Sg by november to try my luck looking for job there.

Ok then i will try to get a singapore phone line, but i need to go to sg to get 1 also >< Then i should try to put my uncle home address at sg then. Only problem is to get a number at sg.. No luck trying at jobstreet, just had a phone called over by agency i guess, asking about whether i am ok with going over for interview if there is any. Probably a good headstart then smile.gif

A Singaporean number helps but it isn't a golden ticket. Write a proper cover letter, ask someone to proofread your resume, look for openings beyond job websites and keep your fingers crossed.

One more thing, did you just mash the quick apply button or did you go beyond that?
*
I did wrote some cover letter, mostly i send thru email cos thru job website normally quick apply doesnt have cover letter option. For fresh graduate, normally ur resume is just consist of your qualification, personal details, some internship experience, skills, language right?

QUOTE(alaskanbunny @ Oct 8 2011, 09:24 AM)
how many did you apply?  hmm.gif

Maybe 30+ already... i dont know should i apply for those associate engineer position.. They are for their Diploma, but it is mostly fresh graduate work tho..

Any chance any kind ppl with newspaper help me screen thru any fresh grad opening for materials/manufacturing/mechanical engineering? smile.gif

anybody go gym? moi ish 176cm with 53 kg, eat 3x a day with 3 glasses of milk.nothing change
*
why drink milk? No wonder nothing changed lolz.. 3x a day is normal.. But eat more doesnt mean gain weight, must eat correctly biggrin.gif if u wanna gain body mass, you need alot protein intake. Cheapest protein you can get is chicken breast, then some protein nutrition drink will help alot. You need to increase protein intake, at the meantime you do some proper gym, then you will look buffed biggrin.gif This is general step, in details you gonna refer to pros out there biggrin.gif
