If you've money. Put in foreign FD in SG Banks. Rate much higher than local SGD currency. Especially AUD the highest now. smile.gif

I've common room air condition available for rent/ transient at Yishun from 1st September onwards.

Walking distance < 10 minutes to/ from Yishun/ Khatib MRT, Yishun Bus Interchange, eating house, food court, supermarket, Northpoint Shopping Centre, and Golden Village Cinema.

Pasir Ris houses are the cheapest as they are the furthest east side of Singapore. I use propertyguru.com.sg to search for my house.
