Hoping it would get back to $11.50 or so to cut loss and re-enter later. But it never got there. Maybe if it touches $10... I might pick up some more to average down. Luckily this counter is a decent dividend payer, so the paper loss doesn't hurt as much even if you hold. |

agreed with aloong reits can form part of your portfolio but dun vest everything in reit, cos usually reit has high gearing ( huge loan to service) if econmic down trend, office will be the first to kenna.
singpost is counter a lot of ppl vested in cos it's stable & not as violate, also provide good dividends ard 5%-6% yearly.

u can share with us wat job title u interviewing for maybe some one here knows the rough salary for the position

different company offer diff package, some have only aws, some have aws + bonus. you need to attend the interview & get shortlisted b4 you can calculate net salary. QUOTE(reinforcism @ Sep 12 2011, 06:08 PM) salary around S$1500-S$1800 if convert to RM so the Net salary should be around what? |
