Hi guys,

My name is Simon. Just months ago I bought 3 hamsters for my gf, fastforward 3 months later and we have 15. We love them all dearly but 15 is getting a bit too much to handle, so we are looking to let the younger ones up for adoption (we've grown attached to the older ones).

You can view my thread here for pics and info:

https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=3324371

Basically, hoping they can go to a hamster loving family, one that would take good care of them. You can adopt 1,2 or 3, just as long as you have the time and essentials to take care of them. We spoil them so they're really cute and adorable.

Contact me at +60168654432 or via pm. Thanks!

Read on HamsterHideout, Hamsters lovessssssssss broccoli, carrots, blueberries, dried mulberry. But only give once every few days.

Tried giving him broccoli and long bean but he just ate a bit and went away. Maybe because I was hand feeding him sad.gif

I got a question about their sleeping habit. When we first got our Nibble close to 2 weeks ago, he woke up about 9pm-9:30pm and went to sleep after 7am. The trend is getting later and now, he wakes up about 10:30pm-11pm and already went to sleep when I check on him at 6am. Is this normal sleep pattern? Does it change with weather? I noticed that he pulled some bedding material to partially cover his nest entrance.

This is his daily habit. After wake up, spent time grooming himself in his nest. When done, get out from nest, stretch a bit and drink water. Took a trip around the cage, stand on hind leg a couple of times and went to toilet to poo and pee. After that do some exercise on wheel and then have some breakfast. He used to poo and pee on the flying saucer. After I replace the saucer with wheel, he poo and pee in the toilet for couple of days. Now he got back to his old habit and poo pee on the wheel after exercise, instead of litter box before exercise. His wheel now stink.

Hey. I hv a male robo hamster name Dash. My Dash always pee on the wheel too. Hahaha. Im try to swap their place (poo place n wheel) but its fail. He still pee back to the wheel. Heh. Anyway, Dash literraly wake up around 8pm n get back to sleep around 7am. Idk bout the right sleeping habit, I guess its normal. Sometimes hamster change their sleeping habit depend on their surrounding aka the place where you put them - noises, light stuff like that (thats what I read). Maybe nibble sleep habit change because of it.
;D

Thanks. Yes, we're following ErinsHamsters's method in taming. Hand feeding is not a problem now, next step is getting him to walk all 4 paws onto her palm. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_qwxJLw7l24

can I introduce another male WW hamster to my also-male WW? or should I go back to the same store and get another. What are the possibilities of them fighting to the death? T_T

Yes you can intro them because they can lived in a group. Better intro them in different place first n see how it goes. If they doest show any aggressive attitude, they can lived in a same cage, still keep in eye on them. Any sight bleed n fight, separate them.
Recommend to have a pair of things : 2 wheel, 2 watr bottle so they dont fight. For more info you can seacrh on youtube or hamster centrel. Hope it help. biggrin.gif

Place that hv natural smell : doent hv smell from any of ww bcause it cn be a territory issues n cause fight. Anyplace will do as long as they cannt escape because this process may take time.
