I am looking to get a RM20K - RM22K personal loan to fund an investment.
I need the cash by end of this month.
Which bank has the best offer currently?

Work in private sector, international company
My current salary RM6500
Net salary after deduction RM4900
Housing loan per month RM460
Credit card balance RM3000

My idea loan repayment per month is around RM800 - RM1000 for 2 years. Possible?

Heard Bank Islam has the best rate (~3% per annum), but can I apply?
What about Al-Rajhi Bank? 7% per annum?
Any agent from these banks? PM me please.
