 Personal Loan - V2, which banks offer the best deal?

need help here.. i'm currently applying for a personal loan.. I applied with 3 banks A,B and C.. as backup..
i'm hoping to get the loan from bank A but bank C called first and they told me I can pick up the ATM card at the nearest branch..
Will they be any problem if I just cancel the loan by not picking up the card if Bank A suddenly calls and approve my loan as well...
Or is there some other way i should deal with this.

please help me.....

they said I can go to any Bank C branch and pick up the ATM card.. i just said ok. Don't know if they bank in the loan yet. As long as i don't go to the bank and pick up the card its ok right?
