 Personal Loan - V2, which banks offer the best deal?

hi,

currently urgent need to get personal loan, what's is the lowest rate currently? any recommendation? need to get 15k loan, with salary 4.5k.

working with private sector currently. CCRIS record (other than my ptptn payment not so cantik, others are ok, i pay on time everymonth). Commitment now is hire purchase loan, & a personal loan with RHB (both good record). Credit card also never late payment(only sometimes not pay in full). Appreciate for any advise. thanks.
