Hi all,

The cheapest personal loan rate is 7.99% ?
Don't count in corporate rate and government agency.

Is there any guideline like what to know about the personal loan before commit?
such as Processing fee, early settlement penalty, Fixed or reducing method, Sign agreement? & what else?

Is there such personal loan like debt restructuring? like the loan applied is to use for repayment loan for other bank in order to enjoy lower interest rate.
