Need an advise .. I will joining another company next month with basic salary RM 6500 ..

I have 3 Personal Loan ,

1st - Pay RM 285 monthly (have outstanding 1 month, with 1 - 2 months late payment previously) - 8.5% yearly
2nd - Pay RM 228 monthly (have outstanding 1 month, same like above) - 8-10% yearly
3rd - Pay RM 150 monthly .. now good record - 11-13% yearly

2 credit card - RM 5000 limit each .. both payment more than minimum payment

Car loan - RM 681 monthly .. good record so far ..

So I want to know any personal loan can offer to me with such condition with lowest interest .. Plan to go for maximum and settle my CC and certain PL .. used balance for private stuff ..

How fast I can apply the personal loan with monthly payment will stabilize by this month for all loans ..
