I am trying to get a PL around 30-40K for 4-5 years.. to consolidate my debts. I am earning gross around 5800 and nett around 4.8k, with commitment of current debt around 2600 + 850 car loan.

I've tried to apply for HLB & OCBC but got rejected because of high commitment.. eventhou i applied with balance transfer from my CC. Any anyone can intro any financing method or banks with higher approval rate?
