Hi cruel_boy, i am a banker from Alliance bank.

Your situation might need to be review by the under writer. Al rahji do offer one of the best rate in town.

But however there is a stamping fee of 0.5% of the loan amount you applied and so on.

How urgent do you need the cash?

If you can wait for 1 week~ 2 week i would like to propose you to take up then loan from my side.

I can key into a pre-approval system to check are you eligible for the loan and what amount are you entitle to.

If you are interested to know more, please PM me your contact number.

yalor... that's my problem nw... how 'bout if I got house loan already? Refinance it???
*
If you do have a house, you may consider Refinancing with cash out option as a part of your capital to start up your coffee shop.

Cheers~

I noticed not many people ask about Maybank Personal Loan. How is Maybank PL?
*
Their interest rate range from 9% to 11% base on the amount.

Comes with stamping fee if i am not mistaken 0.05%.

how bout new standchart cash one PL? any review??
*
I only know about quick cash edge~

the interest rate is 0.88% per month. so you multiply it by 12 for per annum.

and there is a stamping fee of 0.05% of the loan amount approved.

hello..

i worked with small company (with staff less than 15 person) and gross income more than RM2k.
i was ineligible to apply Bank Rakyat and MBSB.

i just want to get RM15k or less. any suggestion which bank i should go with interest rate nearly as low as bank rakyat? :|
*
Do you have credit card or any loan records more than 1 year?

ineligible might due to other reason.

it is any different using cc and pay slip to apply for pl?which will get higher chances for approval
*
Difference will be base on which one will give you higher income.

If basic salary if RM2,000.00 but if your credit card limit is RM15k, definitely credit card will give you higher income after a "income derive formula" by the bank side.

Chances for approval, will be base on your payment records, Total Loan Repayment Ratio and etc.

looking for loan around rm10k. my gross income rm2.1k.

same question:

do you have credit card, or any loan records more than 1 year?

that is the basic requirement to apply for personal loan.

if you do, i think my bank can offer you one of the best rate in town.

i was ineligible because my company doesnt have "sistem gaji" and staff is less than 15 persons - that is what been said to me by bank rakyat setapak.

i don't have any loan records and i just apply credit card - still waiting for approval.
---

any suggestion which bank i should go?

so far as i know : cimb 9.8%, maybank 11% cry.gif

Redz base on what you mentioned on the above, i would say the chances of you getting ploan is pretty low or close to 0.

Hi,

Recently I tried to apply for personal loan and was targeting Al-Rajhi bank. They said with my current salary, they can offer RM13k.. the thing is and the most crucial prob I have right now is I don't have any CC or other loans that they can track my payment charges... (I never thought having CC will be an advantage  cry.gif ). I don't have any commitment ( and I thought that was a relief, but afraid not in this case...sad.gif)

My question is... Is there any bank that don't require any other loan/CC statement for approval? with low interest (possibly.. huhu..)

Thank you.
*
All the bank should follow this practice as it is a regulation set by Bank Negara.

i dont understand why, if it just because i dont have any loan (car, motor, house) or CC?  icon_question.gif

As personal loan is an non collateral loan, bank will need to justify your payment record base on any existing loan that you have.

If your record is way too clean, there is no way that they are able to judge your payment record and commitment.

That is where CCRIS come into the play.

Hope this will help. Thank you.

Hi want to ask u guys,

I've been working for 5 years, but for present employer only 4 months (changed to a new company on Sept 2011). I dont have any credit card or car loan. Does this will affect my chances to have PL?
*
The most "Basic Criteria" to apply for a personal loan is :

Customer must have a Credit Card, Personal Loan, Car Loan or Housing Loan records more than 1 year. (So the underwriter are able to justify your payment record as personal loan is a non-collateral loan)

As of such, you must have at least a CC usage more than 1 year for their justification.

2. As for your employment, it doesn't affect your scoring much. Just attached together your New Employment Letter and also include your previous working experience (Which i believe in the application form, you are required to fill up your previous employment if your current employment is lesser than 6 months)

Hope this helps you.

Thank you.
