i have a collegue (chef) who intend to take a loan of rm 3.5k from maybank. he had ALREADY MEET ALL BUT ONE condition, which is, he need to submit his EA form (in which the bank officer asked for that form). He claim that he had lost his ea forms. Since he had worked at my hotel for about 7 months, he had yet to receive the form from the HR.
Now, his question is, can he replace the EA form with KWSP/ EPF?
If not, are there any other altenative ways to replace EA form?
He need the loan urgently.
Ps: If i'm not mistaken, EA form is some kind of personal income statement from the company, right?
what is the different between EA form and EPF?
why do the officer need that form?
is bank statement is not sufficient?
I am noob in this banking thing. That's why i'm blur in this.
