Hi all experts.

Looking to apply for a loan, probably between 50k-85k to set up a simple food outlet.

Currently working full time, zero loan commitment (no HP, no HL).

Question being:
1. Which bank offers good rates?
2. Do all banks have a cap? Say like 5x gross salary (coz I don't earn 10k a month lol).

I'm Chinese btw, if that's important.

Anyone familiar with Personal Financing from Bank Islam?

My friend told me there's this loan with significantly lower rate (than the usual 9.x-10%) if you have MIA membership. Not sure if it works with ACCA too (I'm ACCA member, didn't apply MIA membership yet)

Any info would be great, no time to pop by the branches yet.
