Im asking this for a friend who wants to take a personal loan of RM 100K. Which bank provides the best rates? I dont want bankers messaging me telling me their package is the best as im not the one taking the loan. Appreciate neutral comments or suggestions. I dont really have time to read thru all posts, so if someone can just point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!
