I want to apply RM12k loan. Currently employed with basic salary around 3k, with commissions every quarter. I don't have any other commitment beside CC and ASB loan.

I'm looking a loan with lowest rate possible and longest tenure possible, with flexibility to settle early without incurring any penalties. Is there any such loan around? thanks

No agent wants to offer me loan of RM13-15k?


I'm looking for one with monthly payment not more than RM300, so either:


a) lower rates
b) lower loan amount (but not less than RM13k)
c) longer tenure (with option to settle early without incurring penalty)

should I try for other banks, or wait first? because i heard someone said if your loan application is unsuccessful, you have to wait 3 months...

Try PM locomotive. My application had been rejected by couple of banks, but this guy help me until one of the bank approved my application. He knows the way to get your loan approved. Dealing with him also quite convenience for me. Based on your salary, you shouldn't have any problem to get your loan approve. You can ask the guy.
