halo. am new to personal loan. just took out a 3 years personal loan with bank rakyat. and boy did i screwed up (or did i), forgot to ask thoroughly the loan and just found out that it uses a floating rate.
at 1st i sign up i only look up on the 2.36 interest. but since it is floating, it can be raised up to 4.5 percent max. the monthly payment is still based on the 2.36 interest rate, but the outstanding balance show at my account is based on the 4.5 interest max.. so am i screwed? (last2 pay up 4.5 interest, if the interest do change to that figure though) |
