Based on my experience, ccris showing 3 = Confirm reject.
It's very important to keep your ccris clean if u wanna apply for something with the banks

Hi, I think everyone is looking for the lowest rate but they forget about eligibility.

I tried several banks and they all reject my application due to my bad record.  At last, i end up with one of the highest rate but at least I got what I want. No complain there.

Try lah. Who knows they approve, just like my case. 

Actually first stage eligibility checking for ccris, ctos, scoring & commitment can know within 5mins. Just a few clicks, type in client full name and ic only.

But you have to make sure the officer is available to key in for u

We are helping customer to get pre-approved except ccris not good (2,3) /ctos blacklist issue

2 ,3 means late payment for 2 months and 3 months.

Some bank review frm latest 6 months ccris, some review frm 12 months.
1 month late payment it's not a problem, 2 would be 50-50, 3 months confirm reject.

I think most of the banks are looking into 12 months report. Hurm.
